Answered all questions, gave us suggestions on issues with our instant hot faucet. They were more cost effective than several other plumbers we got estimates from, plus they're local. We'd definitely consider using them again.

Diane SingerApril 9, 2024Geoffrey was the greatest!!! He advised me on certain items on my list and then fixed all the rest for me. He found out, unbeknownst to me, that my shower drain had a broken pipe. Shower water was just draining under the house. Wow! So glad he discovered it before it did more damage under my house. However, the poor guy had to go under the house to complete. You wouldn't catch me crawling under there. God bless him. Keep that guy around in case I need anything else fixed! What a nice guy!

Ron Springer, founder, has been a licensed master plumber in Olympia, WA for over 40 years. Ron established Springer Plumbing alongside his wife, Diane Springer in 1989 following in the footsteps of his father, Duane (Olympia Plumbing & Heating), and grandfather, Arthur (AE McMurry Plumbing). Ron is now enjoying retirement and his daughter and son-in law, Kara & Josh Gray, are proudly carrying on the family business with the same focus on quality and customer service.
